Wolfe LLC, is doing it again. We are seeking a results-driven VP of Marketing to lead and accelerate the growth of our diverse brand portfolio, including PerfectGift.com, GiftCardGranny.com, GiftYa.com, and Give InKind – as well as our corporate Wolfe channel. We are entering an exciting phase of growth and are looking for VP of Marketing to help lead, manage, direct our marketing team.
We power brands like KFC, Pandora, Journeys, Kendra Scott and more.
We are seeking a founder style leader who has experience helping a company scale, with a proven track record of driving growth. This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing marketing team. The VP of Marketing will play a crucial role in developing and executing unified marketing strategies across our brands, propelling growth, and enhancing our market presence. This position offers the chance to make a significant impact and lead us to continued success.
Responsibilities:
- Execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's objectives, driving brand awareness, digital growth, and market differentiation across all brands.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team, fostering a performance driven culture and supporting career development.
- Oversee the creation of impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences, ensuring consistent brand messaging and positioning.
- Partner with internal teams, including Product, Technology, and Business Units, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and the achievement of company goals.
- Track KPIs and use data to refine strategies and ensure effectiveness.
- Setting daily, weekly, monthly and yearly targets, and implementing various incentives to ensure they are achieved.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROAS and drive results.
- Participate in quarterly and annual planning of the company’s objectives
- Stay updated on marketing trends and technologies, integrating new approaches to stay competitive.
- Oversee public relations, and external and internal communications, ensuring coherent and effective messaging.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or hands-on experience in a similar role may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Understand Founder Mentality and operate in Founder mode at a fast pace and growth rates of 50%+ per year going from $32m to $550m in sales in 5 years.
- Deep understanding of ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPL, CLV and more for an ecommerce brand.
- At least 5 years of experience as a VP of Marketing or other senior role, demonstrating a track record of strategic leadership and team management.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, MailChimp, Figma, and CMS platforms.
- Experience in scaling an ecommerce company from small, 50 or so people up to 500+ employees, with a focus on expanding brand reach, increasing revenue, and building a strong marketing infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience managing budgets and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Knowledge of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the marketing industry.
Compensation & Benefits:
Total Compensation: $175K–$190K base + Incentives.
This role offers a competitive base salary plus an Incentive Based Bonus. You’ll also receive equity in the form of RSUs and share in company success through profit sharing—making this a high-impact, high-reward opportunity.
